Advantage Financial 2.2 is a product of American Management Systems.   Advantage has replaced  the College and University Financial System (CUFS), also from AMS.

Advantage Financial is a comprehensive financial system which performs many functions, including but not limited to Encumbrance Control and Expenditure Accounting,   (Procurement support including requisition processing,
purchase order processing, recording expenditures, budgetary
control, and obligation plans)  Revenue Accounting/Accounts Receivable,  Accounts Payable and Cash Disbursements,  and General Ledger.

 
To assist you in preparing your department requisitions, we will update this page periodically, and eventually include an on-line training manual.
