2003-2004 Distinguished Alumnus - Department of Educational Administration, Research
and Foundations

| Bill Mullane has been an educator and arts administrator for twenty-five
years. He received his BFA in art education from Kent State University
and MS.Ed in educational administration at YSU. All of his post masters
work has been at YSU. He has been a staff member in the Warren City
Schools since 1978, starting as a puppeteer for the school district's
summer recreation program and subsequently serving as a World of Work
coordinator, art teacher, OWE teacher, alternative school teacher,
assistant principal, and principal at the Turner seventh grade building,
Western Reserve eighth and ninth grade building, and currently serves
as principal of Warren G. Harding High School.
Distinguished Alumni Nominations:
Each year, the Beeghly College of Education recognizes a distinguished
alumnus from each of the three BCOE departments:
- Counseling
- Educational Administration, Research, and Foundations
- Teacher Education
This prestigious award is meant to honor alumni who have distinguished
themselves by their outstanding contributions to their chosen professions.
