| Charity Anne Pappas of Youngstown is a current Beeghly College of
Education special education major. Pappas was appointed by Gov. Bob
Taft as a student member of the Youngstown State University Board
of Trustees in September of 2003 and served until 2005.
At YSU she served as vice president of Chi Alpha Christian Fellowship
and as the Beeghly College of Education's representative on YSU
Student Government. She has been public relations officer for the
Dana Vocal Society and is a member of Student Action Alliance and
University Chorus.
Ms. Pappas has worked as office coordinator and teacher's aide at the
Rich Center for Autism at YSU. She also was chair of the Rescue Mission
Clothing Drive and the Future Teachers of America Book Drive. Charity
is a 2001 graduate of Chaney High School.
