As you know from the first book, Shredderman caught "Bubba" Bixby being a bully. Now he's back to save his valley from the mysterious tagger. Someone from Nolan's school is spray painting different landmarks in Cedar Valley. Nolan gives up when a Sergeant said he would find out who started shredderman.com. Nolan started thinking more about a plan on how to catch the tagger, and he liked it! He challenged the tagger to spray paint Dr. Voss's car! Dr. Voss is his principal!
