Continued on to graduate school at the University of Alabama at Huntsville, with concentration in observational high energy astrophysics with particular interest in black holes, quasars, and AGN 

Why did you major in Physics?
I was always fascinated by astronomy and wanted to know what is out there. I enjoy learning and understanding the principle of physical phenomena happening throughout our universe, and it is amazing how much we know and also how little we know about our own universe.  Physics can be "very" challenging at times, but I absolutely love it.
