2009 Official Rules
 

HERE’S HOW TO ENTER:  Beginning Tuesday, 04/07/09 through Saturday, 04/25/09, when you visit Kilcawley Center’s Bagel Stop, KC Food Court, Peaberry’s Café, YSU Arby’s, the Candy Counter, or YSU Bookstore’s Convenience Store on the campus of Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio, and purchase ONE 20 oz. bottle of any available Coca-Cola product you will receive a Coca-Cola “YSU” Official Cedar Point Road Trip Entry Card.  On the Official Entry Card hand print your complete name, street address or YSU dorm (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, email address, birth date, and daytime telephone number. (If you do not have a telephone, indicate “No Phone”.)  If you work on campus also list the department, building, and campus extension.  If you are a YSU student complete your YSU Student Banner Number [#Y00______].  Failure to comply with this or any other official rules will result in disqualification.  After completing your Official Entry Card deposit your entry in the receptacle available at each of the participating campus locations indicated above.  No mechanically reproduced entries permitted.  Illegible/incomplete entries are void.  Not responsible for lost, late, mutilated entries, or entries not received in time for the random drawing.  Enter as often as you wish April 7th through April 25th, 2009.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PLAY:  For a free chance to play, hand print clearly your complete name, your YSU street address/dorm (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, email address, birth date, and YSU Student Banner Number [#Y00------if a student], plus daytime telephone number. (If you do not have a telephone, indicate “No phone”) on a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper and mail in a hand addressed business-size (#10) envelope with first-class postage affixed, to: Coca-Cola/YSU Cedar Point Road Trip Program Request, 531 E. Indianola Ave., Youngstown, Ohio, 44502 to be received by Monday, April 20, 2009.  Illegible/incomplete entries are void.  Limit one 3”x5” paper entry per envelope.  Not responsible for lost, late, mutilated entries, or entries not received in time for the random drawing.

PRIZE RANDOM DRAWING:  Eight (8) Cedar Point Road Trip Prize Package winners will be selected in a random drawing on, or about, April 28, 2009, from among all eligible entries received.  You do not need to be a student to win.  Prize random drawing is open to students, faculty, staff, & visitors to YSU.  Winner must be 18* years of age or older. [*Registered YSU Early College students are eligible to win with valid YSU ID.]  Decisions of judges are final.  Winner will be notified by phone/email/mail.  Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.  Winner must claim prize in 5 school days and pick up in person at the Kilcawley Center Staff office on or before, Friday, May 8, 2009, or will result in disqualification and an alternative winner will be selected.  Winner must present photo ID and proof of age to claim prize.  Prizes will not be mailed/shipped to winners. 

PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: (8) Cedar Point Road Trip Prize Packages  [retail value of each prize package is $249 total.]  Each Cedar Point Road Trip Prize Package includes: (4) Adult One-day 2009 Regular Admission tickets to Cedar Point  (1)$50 gas gift card  [No transportation included.] (1)Coca-Cola soft-sided cooler and (1)Coca-Cola 12-pak beverage.  The Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.  Cedar Point 2009 season is Saturday, May 16th through Labor Day Monday, September 7, 2009, with some additional fall weekends.  [Note:  Operating dates and hours are subject to change.]   Visit www.cedarpoint.com/ for current list of  Cedar Point operating dates and time schedules.  

GENERAL RULES: Open to residents of the 50 U.S. and D.C.  Employees of The Coca-Cola Company, Beverage Partners Worldwide (North America), CCDA Waters L.L.C., Coca-Cola Bottlers, and all participating retailers, any of their respective affiliates or subsidiaries, or advertising and promotion agencies or suppliers involved in this promotion and the immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step brother, step-sister, half-brother, half-sister) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.  Prize random drawing only open to residents of the 50 U.S. and D.C. who are 18 years* of age or older as of 04/25/09. Void where prohibited by law.  No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted.  All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.  All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.  All materials submitted become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned.  Potential Prize winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release/Prize Acceptance Form within 5 days of notification.  Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected, time permitting.  Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected, time permitting.  Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value.  All potential winners must claim prize ‘in person’ and present photo ID at the Kilcawley Center Staff office on the campus of Youngstown State University.  No prize will be mailed/shipped.  If a minor is selected as the guest of the Prize winner, winner must be his/her parent/legal guardian.  Cedar Point 2008 One-day Adult Regular Admission tickets must be used during the Cedar Point Amusement Park 2009 season.  Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the sponsors and their agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.  By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold sponsors, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize.  Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize.  By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.  Sponsors not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the promotion.  *Registered YSU Early College students are eligible to win with proof of valid YSU ID.
