• I worked as an RA at Wright State University for 3 years
  • I worked for the University Activities Board as the Cultural Arts Chair at Wright State University
  • I was RA of the Year, and had program of the year my senior year
  • I created a black culture celebration at Wright State my sophomore year which has become an annual event
  • I have my Bachelors of Science in Mathematics
  • I am in the Masters program for Teacher Education at Youngstown State University

 

  • I was born in rural Belle Center, Ohio
  • I was raised on a farm
  • My parents are divorced and both remarried, I have an older brother who is 3 years older than myself, a younger sister who is 6 years younger than myself, and a brother who is 16 years younger than myself
  • My younger brother is adopted, my sister is my half sister, and my older brother is my whole brother
  • I am very competitive
  • I love to play volleyball, soccer, and board games
  • I love meeting new people and finding out about their culture
  • I have an affinity for people of underrepresented groups, especially people of color, and how their lives are different from my own
  • I eventually want to become a high school math teacher
  • I would love to continue working in Housing and Residence Life for a few years
  • I want to become fluent in Mandarin, Spanish, and Sign Language by the time I’m 30
