My good friend Bob Mason (on the right) and I are among the
scores of volunteers
who work the flightline and ramp for the SENTIMENTAL JOURNEY
weekend.
In addition to being the fearless aviator who risked life
and limb by teaching me
how to fly a taildragger, Bob is a former B-24 driver from
WW2, and still one
active and first-rate pilot!
