I would like to announce two great summer graduate workshops for Summer . Both of them promise to be interesting and relevant to the wide range of educators interested in getting summer credits. For those of you in Secondary Master Teacher programs, they also can count as degree credit. For other master's programs, contact your advisors as to whether they can be used for degree credit. Regardless, they all carry 3 semester hours of graduate credit. Please help me help you by sharing this workshop information with any and all educators. Feel free to copy this and circulate it in your building and district. Sufficient enrollment is necessary to make these workshops a go. Thank you for your help with this and know that I look forward to seeing you in class.
Thank you very much,
Randy

Education and Feature Film (3 SH)
A Three-Week Workshop

(10:00 AM to 1:00 PM)
Catalog Number: 5993N
Course Code: 4352

I have put together an exciting sequence of films that promises to take you into new dimensions of thinking about education from the ordinary to the bizarro. The films for this class are far less mainstream than the ones used in the original film class. Also note that it starts in June n order to make it more available to those of you just finishing up your school year that week. The class will run five days a week for three weeks.
YOU NEED NOT HAVE TAKEN THE OTHER FILM CLASSES TO TAKE THIS ONE. THIS IS ACTUALLY THE THIRD DIFFERENT FILM CLASS I HAVE OFFERED... So take it again if you wish.
The Soul Course in Workshop Form! (3 SH)
Interpersonal Communications for Educators, AKA The Soul Course, can now be taken either as a regular, degree-credit course or as a summer workshop. Take the course along with the regular course enrollees but with much less stringent required assignments. Come along for the ride and enjoy the journey in a relaxed, interesting class. Hey, just ask those grad students who have taken the course.
